Steven Langert
Cofounder & Head of Business Development
Steven is a dynamic entrepreneur with diverse experience spanning mental health, real estate, and politics. He has honed his leadership skills through extensive work with professionals, union leaders, and skilled workers across various industries. Currently, Steven owns and manages nearly 2 million square feet of industrial warehouse space.

He also founded and continues to own a healthcare facility for the chronically mentally ill in New Jersey. In 2008, Steven was elected to the Lakewood Township Committee, serving six years, including terms as Mayor and Deputy Mayor. Lakewood is the largest and fastest-growing municipality in Ocean County, as well as the fourth-most populous in New Jersey. During his tenure, Steven focused on enhancing the community and upholding the values of its residents. He is now excited to collaborate with Akiva on bringing science-driven cannabis delivery systems to market.
Akiva Lazar
Director of Research & Development and Cofounder
Akiva Lazar is the founder of NGS (Northern Green Science), the medical division of NGC (Northern Green Canada). He was instrumental in developing the company’s Medical and Science Team, policies, and key partnerships, including collaborations with Hebrew University and Dr. Raphael Mechoulam. As Director of Research and Development, his work contributed to NGC’s growth, culminating in its acquisition by Curaleaf in 2023.
As the Vice President of Marketing at Aloris Mercantile Foreign Exchange, Akiva has been instrumental in creating one of Canada’s most successful foreign currency exchange platforms. Akiva is also the co-producer of The Common Denominator Podcast, ranked in the top 5% of podcasts, and serves as the South Florida Garden Coordinator for Neighborhood Farms, USA, a nonprofit organization focused on community gardening.
Dr. Leon Genesove, MD
Medical Affairs Advisor
Dr. Leon Genesove brings extensive experience in occupational and environmental medicine as a certified medical specialist and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada.
His career includes serving as Chief Physician of the Ontario Ministry of Labour, advising a Canadian medical cannabis producer, and consulting for public health units and environmental consulting firms. He currently maintains a consulting practice in occupational and environmental medicine.
Aaron Lazar
Head of Marketing & Social Media
Aaron is currently enrolled in the prestigious Reichman University, located in Herzliya, Israel. He is working towards a double major degree in Business & Economics. Aaron graduated from Katz Yeshiva High School in Boca Raton where he worked for the weekly newsletter as a graphic designer and writer.

Before joining ICC, Aaron worked as an intern for Boosst Inc. in Tel Aviv as a Business Development Representative and customer service. Aaron also worked as a graphics design intern for Act.IL; a social media campaign built after October 7th in Israel, to combat antisemitism and antizionism online. Back in 2018, Aaron also helped build the social media and marketing strategies for Neighborhood Farms USA, a non-for-profit organization located in West Palm Beach, FL. Aaron leverages his understanding of graphic design, marketing, and social media to grow our media and marketing channels.
Our Story
We are an international team with a mission to revolutionize how people experience cannabis in Israel and globally. After witnessing the challenges faced by IDF (Israel Defense Forces) veterans, particularly those struggling with PTSD, we felt a deep responsibility to do more for these heroes on their path to recovery. Our vision for medical cannabis is rooted in providing natural, organic solutions that can make a real difference. Inspired by the recent advancements in the American cannabis industry, we’ve partnered with local farmers to cultivate Israel’s most natural and organic flower. With our team’s extensive experience in building successful cannabis companies in the United States and Canada, we’re bringing a new standard of quality to Israel.
